This is a sewing pattern, ie paper pattern and instructions for making the garment and/or accessory.

JACKET, VEST, BLOUSE AND SKIRT: Semi-fitted, unlined jacket has collar and shoulder pads. B: Pockets. Close-fitting, lined vest has tabs, shaped hemline, and back-neck Velcro® closing. Purchased buckle and appliqué. Fitted top has mock-front button band, and narrow hem. D: Collar and tie. E: Collar and collar band. Pleated skirt (cut on crosswise grain) has waistband and side zipper. Purchased bias tape to finish neckline D, and trim for D, optional for F and G.

Sizes listed are not the same as ready-to-wear garment sizes. It is important you measure your body, select the proper size using the BODY MEASUREMENTS CHART for a good fitting garment.
