Delivery Information - COVID 19 UPDATE

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND - We are currently unable to provide tracked delivery to New Zealand. Airmail will be used.
CANADA DELAYS - All mail being sent from the UK to Canada is facing severe delays because of the on-going impact of COVID-19 and record volumes of traffic being received in Canada.

We are glad to reopen our online shop. Please note:
- Order processing will take longer. This is because of difficulties getting to work (eg our local buses now only take 7 passengers instead of over 30!) and the need to avoid rush hour, which means shorter time for us actually working in the warehouse. We will also be working more slowly because of additional cleaning and distancing measures.
- Delivery will take longer. Postal services are still overloaded and deliveries are erratic. Sometimes packages arrive quickly, sometimes they take weeks.
As much as we would like your custom, if you are already having trouble receiving mail, or have a deadline to work to, we do not recommend purchasing until these problems are resolved.
Our delivery rates are explained below. Please note that typical delivery times do not apply.

SPECIAL DELIVERY and PARCEL FORCE deliver on the next working day and tracking is provided. Weekend and public holiday deliveries are not possible. Examples:
- Orders made on Thursday afternoon will be sent out on Friday, and arrive on Monday.
- Orders made on Friday-Sunday will be sent out on Monday, and arrive on Tuesday.
** These are oversized items and are not included in the free delivery offer. Delivery is made by Parcel Force. Tracking information is available.
INTERNATIONAL (EXCEPT ARGENTINA)
Most items are sent using tracked delivery service. The price is based on weight, you will be able to see this at checkout, before payment. Delivery price will be capped at a certain weight (usually at 3-5kg depending on country).
For countries where tracking delivery service is not available directly through this website, we use Royal Mail's airmail service. This service does not provide tracking. If you'd like to use a tracked option or an express courier service, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE you make any order, we can give you a price quote.
EVA200 and 2x1m Cosfoam are oversized items. At the moment we are only able to arrange delivery to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland.
Charges such as customs duties and taxes may apply to countries outside the European Union. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately due to the amount of packages lost, we no longer accept orders from Argentina through the website. If you'd like to make an order, we can arrange courier shipping. If you'd like to make an order please email email@example.com for a quote.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Items are typically sent within 2 work days after the order is placed. This may take longer due to COVID 19 safety measures.
Sometimes delivery may take longer because of custom and other security checks. This is outside Coscraft's control.
If your order does not arrive a week after the estimated delivery time, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order reference. But please note we don't hold special powers over the post office!
Because of the postal system's size and weight restriction, sometimes we may need to split it into two or more packages. The packages would be sent on the same day, at no extra costs to you.
Please make sure you provide the right shipping address. If a package is returned to Coscraft, we may charge the actual cost of delivery to re-send. This includes orders with free delivery. If you cancel an order because the package was returned to Coscraft we will deduct the actual cost of delivery from any refund due.
