Dear friends and customers,

We are glad to finally reopen our online shop. Please expect some delays to your orders as explained here.

We will now start processing any returns/exchanges that we could not work on during the lockdown.

Please understand that we are a very small team, and if any of us become ill it may be possible that we have to shut shop again for a short while.

In terms of the near future, currently we anticipate the next restock to arrive in August/September, as we had to stop stock production to ensure we could pay salaries, rent and other bills during the lockdown. We know that some wig styles/colour combinations are out of stock, but we hope that you can find alternatives in the current selection!

We have already announced quite a few new items this year and despite the setback, we hope to introduce even more new things. Thank you for your support!

Dear everyone,

After much consideration, we have decided to follow the advice from health professionals to #stayathome during the pandemic. Therefore, we will be closing Coscraft from noon (UK time) on Tuesday 24th March. Any orders made before then will be sent out on Tuesday afternoon.

This is not a decision we've made lightly, but we ask for your understanding as we act to protect ourselves and our employees, and do our part to #flattenthecurve.

We will reopen when the situation changes for the better!

Regarding returns/exchanges: if you have ordered something in March 2020 and need to return it or exchange it for something else, we will handle it when we reopen and when you are able to leave home and post it back to us. Please don't worry about the normal return period of 14 days. Please keep the item in a good condition with all its packaging, and contact us at when you are ready to send the return.

Regarding giftcards: if you have a giftcard that will expire while we are closed, please email us at and we will get the expiry date changed for you.
