This is a sewing pattern, ie paper pattern and instructions for making the garment and/or accessory.

1881 skirt pairs with M8189 top. An afternoon visiting or walking ensemble. It should be made of practical fabrics in shades of navy, brown or dark green to conceal dust, soot or mud. The skirt has ruching details above and below the knee. The skirt should be hemmed shorter for walking ease.
