All items are sent using Royal Mail.

International

All items are sent using Royal Mail International Airmail.

Charges such as customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated delivery times

All items will be sent within two working days after the order is placed.

Second Class Saver normally delivers within three working days.

First Class normally delivers on the next working day.

Typical delivery to Europe within three working days.

Typical worldwide delivery within six working days.

If your order does not arrive a week after the delivery time, let us know at orders @ coscraft.co.uk. But please note we hold no special powers over the post office!

Please note:

Because of Royal Mail's weight restriction, if your order weighs over 2kg we may split it into two or more packages. We will email you if this happens. The packages will always be sent on the same day, at no additional costs to you.

Please make sure you provide the right shipping address. If a package is returned to Coscraft, we will charge the actual cost of delivery to re-send. This includes orders with free delivery. If you cancel an order because the package was returned to Coscraft we will deduct the actual cost of delivery from any refund due.
