All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Coscraft Ltd is in the process of VAT registration. If you require a VAT invoice for your purchase, please contact us at enquiries @ coscraft.co.uk and include your order number.

AVAILABILITY

We try to keep the website up-to-date but occasionally items may be out of stock. When this happens we will email you to offer alternatives and give you the option to cancel the order.

All wig measurements provided are approximate.

COLOURS

We try to photograph and describe the colours of the items as accurately as possible, but there may be variation due to lighting and screen settings. We cannot guarantee colours will be exactly as they appear on our website.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, please talk to us by emailing returns @ coscraft.co.uk and we can see what can be done to resolve the issue.

Coscraft complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. From the day you receive your order, you have a cooling period of seven working days. If you decide to return the item(s) for a refund, you need to first inform us by emailing returns @ coscraft.co.uk within these seven working days, and then mail the item(s) back to us at:
